Phoenix Financial Services opened for business in 1993. Our business has expanded during the last ten years as we have discovered clients' needs and responded to them. We started out wanting to help people who are overwhelmed by debt.

As you well know, few young people leaving home these days are really prepared for the financial responsibilities of life, and none but those obtaining an MBA degree in Finance understand all of the complexities. It became apparent to us early on that we needed more input into our clients' lives if we were to really help them make a significant change in their spending habits.

We began encouraging clients (completely voluntary) to attend a Crown Ministries Bible study on finances. This helps our clients focus on some of the reasons they have gotten into trouble with finances, and teaches them techniques to avoid pitfalls in the future.

Clients who are in bill consolidation have unique financial needs when it comes to housing. Frankly, not all banks understand bill consolidation. So we added mortgage lending to our list of services in order to find appropriate lenders offering the best possible rates for our clients.

Some clients come to us having been through many financial trials. Once the bills are paid off, it is sometimes advantageous for them to clean up their credit reports by removing the outdated, unverifiable, or inaccurate information from the credit bureaus. This, of course, will allow our clients to secure favorable interest rates for any future purchases.

Insurance is another area of confusion for many consumers. We have secured favorable contracts for our clients to help them in the important area of protecting their families.

Finally, once a client has completed their consolidation course, we encourage people to begin a savings plan for their retirement and for the future of their children.
